Returns
What is the return policy?
Nasaldose wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us at orders@nasaldose.com and we will rectify the situation. Full refunds will be issued within 30 days of purchase. Unopened bottles or the unused portion of the products must be returned to Nasaldose prior to refund processing.
Can I receive a full refund?
Yes. We offer a full refund on unopened and open products, within 30 days of purchase. Please use the steps provided in our Refund Policy to obtain a full refund.
How do I make changes to or cancel an order I’ve already placed?
Orders can be changed or canceled before they ship out, but if products have already departed our facility, you will be subject to our Return Policy. To cancel or change an order, please contact us at orders@nasaldose.com and we will rectify the situation. Note that orders are sometimes fulfilled as quickly as the same business day so time of the essence to change or cancel prior to shipment.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
All purchases will be processed within 2-3 business days. We currently offer only 1 type of shipment that generally arrives 3-5 business days after processing.
How will my purchase ship?
Products are shipped in a sealed mailer pouch with a tamper resistant seal on the lid of the container.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If for any reason your products are damaged upon receipt, please snap a picture of the products and email us at orders@nasaldose.com to get a replacement sent out immediately.
