Refund Returns and Cancellations Policy
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation:
We offer a full refund of opened and unopen products, within 30 days of purchase as follows:
1. Returns. Nasaldose strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will rectify the situation. Shipments returned without RMA information are immediately destroyed.
2. Refund: Please use the following steps to obtain a full refund:
- Contact us to request a RMA. We cannot accept your return and issue a refund without an RMA clearly labelled on your return.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
- Once returns are received, we will verify the contents and proof of purchase. We will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Please allow up to 10 business days.
- Once the return is processed, your purchase will be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow several days after receiving our confirmation email for the refund to appear on your account statement.
3. Cancellations. Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. Orders that have already shipped will be subject to our Return Policy. To cancel an order, contact us and we will rectify the situation. Orders are sometimes fulfilled as quickly as the same business day, so time is of the essence to cancel prior to shipment.
