The metered nasal pump sprayer provides a precise amount of spray in a fine mist. Prior to initial use, shake the bottle well, remove the safety cap, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed. Insert nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump one time completely while breathing in through your nose. Use once approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to bedtime. Some may need an additional dose of one spray in the other nostril if no effect of sleepiness occurs 20 minutes after 1st use. Clean the nozzle after use and replace the safety cap. Use no more than 4 doses times prior to sleeping.
